I've seen carved carrots and cucumbers and smaller fruit before, butI was quite surprised to see a carved watermelon at Carassauga this past May. More recently, I stumbled upon a video showing how to carve a watermelon. Looks like a lot of work, but they're beautiful when they're done.This is Vid Nikolic carving a watermelon.
